PROJECT: 12-story building with 460,000 SF of office space, 30,000 SF of ground floor retail, and 3 floors of below grade parking with 330 spaces. 2100 Pennsylvania Avenue is adjacent to George Washington University’s Foggy Bottom Campus and located in a site bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, 21st Street NW and Eye Street, NW.
