PROJECT: 300 M is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development consisting of a 426-unit luxury apartment building with ground floor retail space and underground parking in the NoMa neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The project will offer high-end amenities including a pool, club room, dog run, fitness center, 195 parking spaces and a bicycle storage and repair facility.
